Pros:
It is relatively in-expensive for what you receive, a 5.1ch system with wireless rear speakers (S-air system), read more below.
An Ipod docking station, which is of course, is only of use, if you own an Ipod (I don't)
The DVD/CD player is capable of playing most of the current formats available through your TV.
It has an auto-calibration mic, to assist during the set-up process.
Excellent reception received on the AM/FM tuner.
Easy set-up procedure with clear step by step instructions.
This system will also allow you to listen to music in another room, utilising the Airstation speaker
It will also upgrade your DVD to 1080p (well almost)
Cons:
The ports supplied prevent or at the very least limit the amount of up-grades, you can carry out, due to the limit on the comnection side.
The passive sub-woofers appears lacking for the movie sound effects.
The s-air system, mentioned above, is not totally wireless as it requires a separate receiver, which will need to be in close proximity of the rear speakers, during use and this unit, needs to be hard wired to the main unit.
You might also suffer from interference, if you have any other 2.4Ghz devices in the vacinity of your system, once set-up.
The verdict, all depends on what you are looking for. If its a system that will cost you less than 400 bucks, you really cannot go wrong,
